A steel giant rises against the horizon, a carcass of industry left to rot. Once a monument to progress, it now looms as a rust-choked ruin, its frame strangled by pipes that twist and overlap like veins in a dead titan. Corrosion cakes every surface, and silence seeps from the walls as though the factory itself resents being disturbed.
The air hangs thick with a pungent blend — iron sharp as blood, mold festering in forgotten corners, and the sour sting of chemical spirits that never truly dissipated. Every corridor hums with an absence, the kind of quiet that feels alive, as if the walls are listening.
At its heart, a massive sheet-metal door remains unnaturally polished, a gleaming scar in the sea of rust. It rests ajar, its opening too deliberate, too inviting. As though the factory is waiting for something — or someone — to step inside.
This is not merely ruin. It is a place that remembers.
You decided to enter the chemical plant. Curiosity never killed the cat. Right?
The air is thick and dense surrounding the factory. The taste of metal and rust swarms you. you and a couple of other people are interested in the factory.
The heavy doors almost don't budge it was slowly wearing on your hands. You are glad the only none rusted area is the door after a while of the group pushing it opens and you wanted inside.
Inside a dimly lit room the walls seem to have melted and slipped away. You see a couple of strange items, as you are fully grasping the situation the door locks and a section of wall lights up.
The wall has 3 sections the first one which lit up shows a sponge after everyone came over to look the sponge trapped behind glass.
Acid was poured over it and the sponge was quickly dissolved. Next the lights highlighted a tub of that same acid. A chemical was dropped from the ceiling a large amount of steam was released and then the acid seemed to disappear. A third display showed that same chemical dropping onto the sponge and being absorbed.
Each player gets an acid sponge and base card
Acid dissolved the sponge, Base neutralises the acid, Sponge absorbs the base
Each player also has 3 metal scraps, to finish the game you must have 3 or more metal scraps after getting rid of all of your cards
You get rid of your cards by playing a game, this can be acomplished by playing a card against another player.
Once you play a card you discard it (can’t play it again)
If a card wins (see above) the winner takes a metal scrap off the loser, You must specify who you are playing and they must agree
If you have any cards left at the end of the game you are dead, If you have less then 3 metal scraps at the end of the game you are dead, You are not allowed to give cards to people or give metal scraps to people
Have 3 or more metal scraps and no cards left
Have cards remains time out or have 2 or fewer metal scraps
You will gain 1 echo for each additional metal scrap you have
After finding an "all-clear" solution of each player drawing on all three games every player decided to pair up to GAME CLEAR. This strategy would have worked completely, if all went to plan.
However, midway through the game Kar (1333409301296971776) and Noodle (810115504499982386) paired up to play a game, like other pairs before hand they each said which card they would play. Kar last minute decided to fall for the greed, betrayed Noodle and won a scrap of off them. After which Kar then proceeded to win all of Noodle's scraps.
Leaving Noodle to die and Kar with 3 additional echoes.
Proceeding to Night 2, Kar entered the 5 of Shadows game in which Round 1 they were targetted by all other teams leading to them recieveing -33 points and an instant GAME OVER. Many of the teams all said that they targetted Kar for their actions in the prievious game with Noodle.
